The Community section in the Analytics Dashboard shows you how your follower base is developing and where your audience comes from. Here you'll find follower growth, gained and lost followers, and geographic distribution.
Opening the Community Tab
Open Analytics in the side menu and click on the Community tab. Alternatively, select Community directly from the sidebar submenu.
KPI Cards
Page Followers
The current total number of people following your page. The card displays a sparkline trend and the percentage change compared to the previous period. A steadily rising line indicates healthy organic growth, while a flat or declining trend may signal that your content strategy needs adjustment.
Followers Evolution
The net change in your follower count during the selected period, calculated as gained minus lost followers. A positive value shows growth, a negative value means you lost more followers than you gained. Compare this with the previous period percentage to identify whether your growth is accelerating or slowing down.
Gained Followers
The number of new followers you acquired during the selected period. This card helps you measure the direct impact of campaigns, viral posts, or collaborations. A rising trend compared to the previous period indicates that your content is attracting new audience members effectively.
Lost Followers
The number of followers who unfollowed you during the selected period. Some churn is normal, but a sudden spike may indicate a controversial post, algorithm-driven cleanups of inactive accounts, or a shift in your content direction that no longer resonates with your audience.
Profile Visits
The number of times users visited your profile during the selected period. A high profile visit count suggests strong curiosity about your brand, often driven by engaging posts or stories. This metric is available for Instagram only.
Follows from Content
The number of new follows that originated from interactions with your content, such as posts, reels, or stories. This shows how effectively your content converts viewers into followers. Available for Instagram only.
Profile Activity
A combined metric reflecting actions users take on your profile, including website clicks, email button taps, and direction requests. High profile activity indicates that followers are moving beyond passive consumption and actively engaging with your brand. Available for Instagram only.
Paid vs. Organic Fans
A breakdown showing how many of your fans were acquired through paid advertising versus organic growth. This helps you evaluate the return on your ad spend and understand whether your audience growth is sustainable without paid promotion. Available for Facebook only.
Each card contains a sparkline that visualizes the trend over time, as well as the percentage change compared to the previous period (green = positive, red = negative).
Charts
Follower Growth Chart
A line chart showing the total follower count over time. The X-axis shows days, the Y-axis shows the absolute follower number. Use this chart to identify long-term growth trends and pinpoint periods of particularly strong or weak growth, such as spikes after viral posts or dips following inactive stretches.
Gained & Lost Followers Chart
A bar chart that visualizes daily follower changes alongside your posting activity. Green bars represent daily gained followers, while red bars show daily lost followers. The X-axis shows days and the Y-axis shows the count. This makes it easy to correlate follower fluctuations with specific content you published on those days.
Top Countries
An interactive world map with horizontal bar charts showing the geographic distribution of your followers by country. Countries with followers are color-highlighted (darker shading means more followers), and the map supports zooming and panning. Below the map, top countries are listed as horizontal bars with absolute values and percentage shares.
Note: Audience data are snapshot data and are not affected by the time range filter. The notice "The selected time range does not apply to this chart" is displayed.
Top Cities
A ranking of the top 10 cities where your followers are located. Each city is shown with its rank, name, absolute follower count, and percentage share. Horizontal bars visualize the relative proportions. Use this to tailor content or promotions to your most concentrated audience locations.

Profile Visits History
A line chart displaying the number of daily profile visits over the selected period. Rising profile visits often correlate with engaging content or external mentions that drive curiosity about your brand. Available for Instagram only.
Follows from Content History
A line chart tracking how many new follows originated from your content each day. Spikes in this chart typically align with high-performing posts or reels, helping you identify which content types are most effective at converting viewers into followers. Available for Instagram only.
Profile Activity History
A line chart showing the daily volume of profile actions such as website clicks, email taps, and direction requests over time. Consistent or growing activity indicates that your profile is successfully driving real-world engagement. Available for Instagram only.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do my follower numbers differ from the platform?
Follower data is retrieved through the platform APIs and may have a slight delay compared to the current values on the platform. Data is updated hourly.
Why don't I see country and city data?
Demographic data is only available for Instagram accounts with at least 100 followers and for Facebook pages. TikTok does not provide demographic data through its API.
What does a negative follower growth mean?
A negative number for follower growth means that you lost more followers than you gained during the selected period. This can be caused by algorithm changes, inactive account cleanups, or content changes.
